Registration Help

Here we have a step by step Registration instructions.
Click on the "Submit Listing" link in the "listings" menu on the left side of the page. You will be brought to the "Register" page. Complete this form. All fields are required. *
* User Login : Any alphanumeric sequence that you will remember. (Required)
* E-Mail : Your valid e-mail address. (Required) We do not release or member e-mails to anyone.
* Password : Minimum of 4 alphanumeric characters. (Required)
* Password : Confirm your password. (Required)


You may want to write down your "User Name" and "Password" for future reference.

Read the "Terms of Service" page then check the "I agree to the terms and conditions *" box.
Enter the "Security Code *". This is to prevent automated hacking attempts.

Click the "Submit Registration" button.

Select Membership
You will now choose your "Membership Level". You can compare levels by clicking on the "Compare Memberships" link in the "Listings" menu on the left side of the page.
Select Categories

You will need to select the categories your listing will appear in. The number of categories you can add your listing to will depend on the membership level you select. You can put your listing in any category that applies to your business. Do not put your listing in categories that do not apply.

You may enter your listing only in the lowest sub-category. In most cases this will be at the third level.

i.e. Chickens Level 1
  Brahmas Level 2
  Light Brahamas Level 3
i.e. Poultry Clubs Level 1
  U.S. Poultry Clubs Level 2
  Arizona Poultry Clubs Level 3


At the top of page you will see "Selected Categories" under that is a "To Category Selection" link. This will allow you to move quickly back to the Category Selection area. Under that is your "Categories Remaining" this number will be different for each Membership Level. Next we have the message "No category selected, please select one from the list below". After you have selected your first category this message will disappear and be replaced with a list of categories you have added your listing to. You will also have the option to remove your listing from a category.

Step 1 - Make Selection From Dropdown List - WAIT - Screen Will Refresh

Make your selection from the Step 1 dropdown list. If the correct category is already selected got to Step 2. if not, make selection then WAIT the screen will refresh.

Step 2 - Make Selection From Dropdown List - WAIT - Screen May Refresh

Make your selection from the Step 2 dropdown list. WAIT the screen may refresh. Press the "Select subcategory" button if this is a correct category for your listing. Otherwise select the proper sub-category or go to Step 3.

Step 3 - Make Selection From Dropdown List


Make your selection from the Step 3 dropdown list. Press the "Select subsubcategory" button if this is a correct category for your listing. Otherwise select the proper category or sub-category go to Step 1 or Step 2.

Repeat For Each Category You Wish To Appear In

After you have completed your "Category Selection" continue to enter your information. This is the information that user will see. You can login to your account to change any of your information at any time.
Country : Select your country from the dropdown list. WAIT the screen will refresh. If your country is not listed please contact us and we will add it immediately.
State : Select your state/province from the dropdown list. WAIT the screen will refresh. If your state/province is not listed please contact us and we will add it immediately.
Text Location : You can enter a brief note to help customers better understand your location. This is optional and can be left blank.
* Company Name : The name of your business. (Required)
Description : Write a detailed description of what you do and or sell. Be complete, describe awards, breeds, details of business etc. The maximum number of characters will be determined by your "Membership Level". You can see a running count of the number of characters left just under the "Description" text field.
Postal Address : Your business address. The map function will use this address. Include everything except for the City, Zip/Postal code and Country.
ZIP / Postal Code : Your Zip/Postal Code.
* Contact Person : Name of person customers should talk to. (Required)
* Phone Number : Your business phone number. (Required)
Fax Number : Your business fax number.
Mobile Phone : Your mobile phone.
Instant Messenger
/Name ID :
You can add your Instant Messenger information if you wish.
* E-mail Address : Your "Business E-mail". This is the e-mail user messages will be sent to. Users can not see this address. They will submit their inquires through a form and forwarded to you. (Required)
URL / Website : If you have a website enter the URL here. www.YourSite.com

Search Engine Information


This information is read by search engines such as Yahoo, Google and AOL and is used to determine page rankings when their users submit search requests. Our directory is Search Engine Friendly and is spidered regularly by all the major search engines. If you do not fill in these fields default information will be used.
META - Title : Believed to be the most important of the three. Include your business name and highlights of what you do or sell.
META - Description : Give a description using words and phrases search engine users might use to find your information.
META - Keywords : A list of words and phrases search engine users might use to find your information. Use lowercase only, separate word/phrases with comas. I.e. chickens, light brahmas, breeder, hatching eggs, california

IMPORTANT
Click the "Submit Listing" button to save your information!
